Mr Sanjay Landge is a qualified Cost Accountant and has a LLB degree from Pune University. He is a seasoned financial professional backed by 29 years of experience through positions of increasing responsibility across multiple verticals.

He has worked in various capacities such as Group GM Finance, Vice President – Finance and CFO in some of the top corporates in India. He has vast experience in Amalgamations, Acquisitions, Venture Capital Management, IPO Management, Technical & Strategic Collaboration, Investment banking, and setting up of (onshore/offshore) subsidiaries.

He has on his credit successfully completed deals in the field of Private Placements, Project installations and deals related to investment banking. He also serves on the board and advisory councils of various small and medium scale companies.

Mr Anand Gawade is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience in financial consultancy, accounting, taxation, project consultancy, internal control systems (ISO) and audits. He has been associated with a number of companies in India and abroad to provide services related to finance and accounting. His expertise includes Transaction Structuring, Debt Arrangement, Venture Capital and Financial Control Systems.

Anand has worked across a broad universe of sectors including Engineering, Auto Ancillaries, Healthcare, Mining, Sugar & Agro Based Companies, Power, Real Estate, IT & ITES, Hospitality, etc. He has played an instrumental role in the implementation of ERP systems at TACO Group. Anand, currently, also holds a Managing Partner position at A N Gawade & Co, a Chartered Accountant firm.

Sameer is a qualified Mechanical Engineer. He has completed his Business Management studies from Welingkar Institute – Mumbai. He has also completed his Interior designing studies & successfully completed various projects in sectors like Industries, Institutes,Software& Corporate sector along with Retail as well as FMCG.

Sameer has over 7 years experience in the field of Property Management. He has facilitated relocation of various Companies Strategically, Geographically &Financially . He has Undertaken various turnkey projects of Interior Designing & execution.

Monali in her role is Head of SAN HR Division for the company, She is responsible for client service excellence and building new business. With 4 years of experience in Recruitment and extensive experience in Building and Managing HR Functions. She has worked on Assignments which include Employee Bonding, Documentation & Implementation, Employee Counseling & Employee Development, Designing Policies and Procedures.

She has done her Masters in Business Administration with “Specialization in Human Resources” and Bachelors in “Computer Science” she has completed her Diploma in Labor laws.

A competent professional with over 21 years of experience in Human Resource Management. He Was associated with TATA Ficosa Automotive Systems Ltd., Pune (Automotive Stamings and Assemblies Ltd.) as Head HR and Admin.

Mr. Mukund Joglekar has hands on experience in general administrative activities, personnel management and facilities management across assignments. He is proficient in overseeing the entire HR process including human resource planning, recruitments, salary & wages administration, employee welfare and general administration etc. He is also proficient in managing entire gamut of General Administration. He has deftness in maintaining harmonious industrial relations among management and workers through efficient administration and resolution of employees’ grievances.
